This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced aged care leader looking for a well-supported management role, with a fantastic team of experienced RNs already in place. You'll work closely with an experienced Clinical Manager and report to a long-standing, supportive Regional Manager, with genuine opportunities for ongoing development and career progression.

The Opportunity
n
As Facility Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for the operational, financial and clinical performance of the home, supported by an experienced onsite leadership team. You'll:

Lead and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team
n
Drive quality, compliance and continuous improvement
n
Oversee operational and financial performance
n
Build a positive, accountable and supportive team culture
n
Maintain strong relationships with residents, families and stakeholders
n
Champion person-centred care and excellent resident outcomes
n
n
About You
n
n
Previous Facility Manager / Service Manager experience within residential aged care is essential
n
Current unrestricted AHPRA registration, or tertiary qualification in a relevant health discipline - preferred not essential
n
Solid understanding of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical governance
n
Sound financial and operational management skills
n
Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
n
A hands-on, people-focused leadership style
n
