Working in Warehousing & Logistics

Monday - Friday | 7:00am - 3:00pm | Port of Brisbane | $***** per hour!!
n
We have an immediate opening for a Customer Service junior to join our client based in the Port of Brisbane. Monday-Friday, this role can lead to permanency for the right applicant! You are responsible for liaising with customers, clients and truck drivers to ensure orders are delivered with efficiency and in a timely manner.
n
The Job: (Don't worry, we'll show you everything!)

Answering customer queries (internal and external)
n
Accurately entering and updating data in the in-house system
n
Assisting with weekly/monthly KPI reporting
n
Coordinating orders with warehouse and transport teams
n
Communicating with clients regarding order status and timeframes
n
Monitoring service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring orders are picked and delivered on time
n
Supporting inventory management by passing on stock count requests
n




Providing general admin support where needed
n

The Person:

NO experience required
n
Open minded and willingness to learn

Someone who takes initiative and can work independently
n
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
n
Sharp attention to detail and solid problem-solving skills
