What we are looking for:
n
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst tolead and manage business analysis activities across a variety of IT projects, inlcuding SAP projects.The successful candidate willbe responsible forgathering andanalysing business
requirements,facilitatingstakeholder
engagement,and ensuring successful project outcomes through effective business
processdocumentation
and solution design.

Responsibilities:

Documentingbusinessprocess
andcontribute tofunctional requirements(as-isand to-be)
n
ProducingBusinessRequirements
Documentation
n
Facilitatingworkshops
with key business stakeholders and subject matter experts
n
Providingleadership,guidanceandexpert
advice to the project teamregardingthe
businessesprocesses
n
Communicationand validation of business processes & solutions with business leadersand the user community




n
Assistinginthe design
ofReports,Forms,Interfaces,andConversions
n
Supportin defining & performing system,unitand acceptance
tests,andassistingin
error resolution
n
Identifyingpotentialorganisational
impacts for input to the Organisational Change
Managementprocesses
n
n
Qualification and Experience:
n
n
7years+hands-onBusiness Analysis experience in an
enterpriseenvironment
n
Strongexperience and understanding of business process modelling and mapping
n
Strongexperience running workshops and eliciting key information
n
ProcessMappingcreation
n
Excellentverbal and written communication skills and proficient presentation skillsacross all audience levels;
n
Significantexperienceperforming
requirements analysis
usingtools,methodsand
communication techniques to
extract,develop,validateand
document business requirements;
n
Problemsolving skills
thatfacilitatetackling
complex ideas andinterpreting ideas into conceptual business specifications;
n
Experienceleadingworkshops,facilitatingdiscussionsandassistingbusinessstakeholders
toanticipatefuture needs and opportunities;
n
Abilityto express ideas logicallywith extremely
strongnegotiation,communicationand
interpersonal skills.
n
Tertiaryqualifications
in IT or similar discipline
n
