Job Description
Action Workforce are currently seeking experienced Pick Packers with RF scanning experience to join a large, well-known Distribution Centre based in Truganina, Western Suburbs.
n
We are seeking experienced, reliable candidates who are physically fit and comfortable handling large and bulky items weighing up to 25kg+, including items that may require a two-person lift.
n
You must be available to work Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work and overtime opportunities during busy peak periods.
n
Available Shifts
n
n
AM Shift: 5:00am – 2:00pm
n
PM Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
n
Night Shift: 10:00pm – 5:00am
n
n
Monday to Friday, with overtime when required.
n
Successful applicants require:
n
n
Ability to lift and handle large and bulky items up to 25kg+ repeatedly
n
Previous RF scanning and picking experience
n
Pallet jack experience
n




Good understanding of manual handling procedures
n
Tugger experience (not essential)
n
Full availability and reliability
n
Excellent attention to detail
n
Ability to work to KPIs with strong time management skills
n
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
n
Physically fit and comfortable working in a quick-paced warehouse environment
n
