The Role
n
n
Manage a portfolio of 50 commercial tenancies end-to-end
n
Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and contractor liaisons
n
Conduct property inspections and ensure strict lease compliance
n
Execute lease renewals, rent reviews,



and arrears management
n
Support the Commercial PM leader with daily portfolio operations
n
n
The Person
n
n
Up to 6 months previous experience ideally with exposure to commercial real estate is preferred
n
Current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
n
Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
n
Solid understanding of commercial tenancy processes
n
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
n
