We're partnering with an established Sydney commercial builder seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team. It's a business where experienced PMs are trusted to take ownership, backed by strong leadership and given the resources to deliver.

Your first project:
n
n
You'll join an experienced team of Project Managers, reporting directly to the General Manager.
n
Your initial project will be a major commercial build or refurbishment (valued between $20M-$30M, supported by an experienced Site Manager, dedicated Contract Administrator and Design Manager
n
You'll be involved from pre-construction through to completion, with the opportunity to influence design,



procurement and delivery outcomes.
n
This role will suit someone who enjoys technically challenging projects, solving problems and working closely with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
n
It could also suit someone that is looking to break into the tier two market from a smaller reputable builder
n

About You
n
n
Proven Project Management experience delivering commercial construction projects valued from $15M+.
n
Experience working for a Tier 2 or established Tier 3 commercial builder with good tenue in previous roles
n
Strong understanding of Design & Construct and Hard Dollar contracts.
n
Experience managing consultants, subcontractors and complex stakeholder groups.
n
Strong commercial judgement and leadership skills.
n
Experience across education, healthcare, government or commercial projects will be highly regarded.
n
