About the opportunity

As a Gaming Attendant, you'll be at the heart of the Panthersexperience; connecting with members and guests, delivering standoutservice, responding promptly to pages, and providing food andbeverage service across our fast-paced Gaming environment. You'llbring energy to every interaction and help create the

As a Gaming Attendant, you will:
n
n
Deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests
n
Provide food and beverage service within
designatedtimeframes
n
Handle cash transactions, including TAB and KENO
n
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the gaming area
n
Ensure all financial transactions with patrons are
conductedaccurately
and efficiently
n
Address minor service and maintenance needs of gamingmachines
n
Promote and upsell the advantages Panthers Memberships
n
n
About you
n
n
Current RSA and RCG certifications
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skill
n
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, withstrong attention to detail and a solutions-focused approach.
n
Confidence in accurate cash handling
n
Enjoy working collaboratively in a team setting
n
Ability to work on your feet for long periods and at times,within a smoking workplace
n




Outstanding presentation and grooming
n
Experience in customer service in similar role is highlyregarded
n
Availability to work various shifts during operational hours,including but not limited to Thursday through Sunday, both day andnight
n
