About the role
n
The Business Development & Relationship Manager will build genuine relationships as a hands-on-account manager to small-to-medium businesses across the Hunter Valley, as well as the key contact point for new and existing HHI members regarding their policy cover.
n
Key responsibilities
n
n
Proactively connect with small-to-medium businesses across the Hunter Valley to grow HHI's corporate health insurance program
n
Build and manage a pipeline of prospective corporate partners, and present and negotiate tailored corporate health packages
n
Act as the ongoing relationship and account manager for every business successfully onboarded
n
Deliver face-to-face information sessions,



inductions and enrolment support to individual employees at partner workplaces
n
Provide friendly, effective service to new and existing members in relation to commencing or reviewing their cover through HHI's direct retail channel, both face-to-face and over the phone
n
Build HHI's profile through active involvement in the local business community
n

About you
n
n
Confident relationship-builder comfortable pitching to a business owner and sitting down with individual members
n
Proven ability to positively influence others
n
