We're on the lookout for engaging Casual Educators to join the team at Milestones Early Learning Smithfield!

Located near James Cook University on Faculty Drive, our centre provides high-quality early education and care for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. As a casual educator, you'll support our passionate team in creating a safe, nurturing and inspiring learning environment for children and families across Smithfield and the Cairns Northern Beaches.

The Role
n
n
Support educators across different rooms at the centre
n
Engage with children, families and team members
n
Assist with daily centre practices
n
Support educators with children's learning and documentation
n
n
You already have:
n
n
Completed a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent or actively working towards)
n
Willing to travel between multiple services and be available on short notice
n
A current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
n
Prior experience in a long day care service
n
n
