Job Description
A major tertiary institution requires an experienced Business Analyst to drive requirements gathering and process design for a Public Key Infrastructure delivery program. This 12 month day rate contract role is for a professional who can translate complex business needs into actionable technical outcomes.

You will lead elicitation and documentation across business and technical requirements, facilitating stakeholder workshops to define current and target state architectures for certificate lifecycle management. This is a high visibility program requiring someone who can manage complexity, ensure compliance and maintain rigorous documentation standards.

Responsibilities

Drive requirements gathering, analysis and process design for the PKI delivery program
n
Lead elicitation and documentation of business and technical requirements
n
Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define current and target state certificate management architectures
n
Translate business needs into technical specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria
n
Ensure PKI requirements comply with security policies and regulatory obligations
n




Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses for certificate processes
n
Manage requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle
n
Develop and maintain business analysis documentation and standard operating procedures
n
Partner with project managers on resource planning and dependencies
n
Provide expert guidance on PKI integration strategies
n
Support design and execution of user acceptance testing
n

Requirements
n
n
Proven Business Analyst experience in PKI or security infrastructure programs
n
Strong requirements elicitation and documentation capabilities
n
Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and translating technical complexity
n
Understanding of Public Key Infrastructure, certificate lifecycle management and security frameworks
n
Ability to conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses
n
Proficiency in developing user stories, acceptance criteria and traceability matrices
n
Experience partnering with technical teams and project managers
n
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
n
Excellent written and verbal communication
