Your responsibilities
Provide leadership, coaching and support to your team to help them achieve store targets.
Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement through hands on coaching and development.
Manage day-to-day retail operations including stock management, team scheduling and performance tracking.
Ensure every customer interaction is welcoming and knowledgeable.
Build and maintain a positive, inclusive and motivating work environment for your team.

About you
You bring proven retail or customer service experience, with a solid track record of achieving results while delivering outstanding customer service.

Area Manager
, you'll be at the heart of driving strong operational performance, elevating customer service, and fostering community connections that extend beyond the store.
As Store Manager, you'll:
Lead day-to-day store operations including sales, KPIs, visual merchandising, stock management, and shrinkage
Motivate and develop your team to achieve business targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
Monitor sales performance and implement actions to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals
Manage wage budgets and rosters in line with company standards and GRIA guidelines
Champion team development through training, coaching, and succession planning
Create a strong, positive store culture focused on results, learning, and wellbeing
Build community engagement through sporting partnerships and healthcare relationships
Ensure OH&S; compliance in line with national and state requirement
Skills and Experience
Proven experience as a
Store Manager
or
Senior Assistant Store Manager
in a fast-paced retail setting
A confident, hands‐on
'Make it Happen'
attitude and a passion for leading from the front
Experience developing high‐performing teams and inspiring a culture of success
Strong operational know‐how in rostering, wage control, visual merchandising, and stock
Strategic thinking and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement
Skilled in building effective relationships with support office teams and local partners

We are a small retail operation in the heart of Ingham, with a dedicated team that values community and service.
Work Hours:
38 hours per week; Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Key Responsibilities
Your experience - previous experience leading a team to achieve key targets and operational outcomes
Your knowledge – of retail operations, retail strategies, merchandising, leadership, growth and sustainability
An eye for sustainable fashion and repurposing with purpose – ensuring our customers find their next hidden treasure
A passion for making a difference and supporting our companions to shop in a welcoming environment
An appreciation for our volunteers and the role they play in supporting our retail operations
