As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and organised Project Coordinator to join our team and support the successful delivery of aluminium window and door projects across Australia.
n
The Opportunity
n
This is a full-time coordination role supporting the delivery of aluminium window and door projects from project commencement through to completion.
n
You will work closely with our Project Management, Estimating, Production, and Installation teams, while also communicating with builders, site teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
n
The role may involve interstate travel to support projects, site coordination, inspections, and project meetings as required.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Assist Project Managers with the day-to-day coordination of aluminium window and door projects
n
Coordinate between internal teams, including estimating, design, production, logistics, and installation
n
Communicate with builders, site managers, suppliers, installers, and other project stakeholders
n
Assist with project schedules, documentation, progress tracking, and reporting
n
Coordinate site requirements, deliveries, installation activities, and project-related information
n
Assist with tracking project variations, defects, and outstanding items
n
Attend site inspections and project meetings when required




n
Support interstate projects and travel as required
n
Maintain clear and accurate project records and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident - mandatory
n
Fluent communication skills in both English and Chinese - mandatory
n
Previous experience in aluminium window and door fabrication, installation, glazing, façade, or a related construction field is highly preferred
n
Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills
n
Ability to work effectively with both office-based and site-based teams
n
Ability to manage multiple tasks and project priorities simultaneously
n
Full-time work availability
n
Willingness and availability to travel interstate when required
n
TAFE qualification or Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related discipline
n
Robust attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
n
Valid Australian driver's licence is preferred
n
