The role
n
Directors run their valuation pod. This is a genuine hybrid seat – part technical leadership, part business development.

You'llbe involved in:
n
n




Originating and growing your own book of referrer relationships – law firms, accounting firms, privateequityand corporates
n
Managingclient relationships end-to-end, from first approach through to final report delivery
n
Scoping and budgeting engagements –
includingproposal,resourcingand
pricing
n
Final QA on valuation reports and financial models produced by your pod
n
Directing and developing your pod's Associate and Analyst resources across live engagements
n
Owning your pod's commercial performance – balancing production
quality,throughputand
profitability
n

About you
n
n
Degree-qualified in finance,
accounting,commerceor
economics (preferred), with CA,CFAor equivalent professional accreditation (preferred)
n
Significant experience(8+ years)in valuations, corporatefinanceor transaction services, witha track recordoperating at a senior, client-facing level
n
An established or emerging network of referrer relationships (law firms, accounting firms, private equity, corporates) – or a demonstrated ability to build one
n
Comfortable spending as much time developing business and relationships as directing technical work
n
Robust commercial instincts – able to scope and price an engagement
n
A genuine business-builder mindset – motivated by growing somethingthat'syours, not just running a team
