About the Role
n
We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to create intuitive, user-centred digital experiences and work closely with cross-functional Agile teams.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Design intuitive and user-centred digital experiences and interfaces.
n
Translate user and business requirements into wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
n
Conduct and contribute to user research, usability testing and design validation.
n
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides and reusable components.
n
Apply strong principles of accessibility, usability and responsive design.
n
Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers and Service Designers.
n
Provide clear design specifications and guidance to development teams.
n
Communicate and present design decisions to stakeholders, using robust storytelling skills.
n




Contribute to Agile ceremonies and iterative design processes.
n

Key Skills & Experience
n
n
Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer.
n
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design and problem-solving.
n
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or equivalent.
n
Experience with user research, prototyping and usability testing.
n
Strong understanding of design systems and reusable components.
n
Good knowledge of accessibility and responsive design principles.
n
Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
n
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
n
Baseline Security Clearance is mandatory.
n
