The Role
n
Due to an internal change, we are currently seeking a talented individual to join our fast paced and dynamic team as an After Sales and Service Coordinator. Clear verbal and written communication skills are a must as well as the ability to build a rapport with our client base. Previous experience in either the tapware or plumbing industries will be highly regarded,



however training will be provided.
n
Duties include but are not limited to;
n
Speaking with end users to identify faults
n
Entering new warranty jobs into the system
n
Handling technical enquiries via email and on the phone (training provided)
n
Maintaining the aftersales data base
n
Hours of work 8:00am-4:30pm with an early finish on alternating Fridays
n
Skills & Experience Needed

Be self-motivated and organised
n
Ability to build a rapport with clients
n
Confident and assertive personality
n
Ability to balance business and customer needs
n
