We are looking for a Quality advisor to take ownership of our Quality Management System and drive quality excellence across our manufacturing site. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance, improving processes, reducing costs, and delivering exceptional outcomes for our customers.

About the Role
n
As Quality advisor, you will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving site quality systems, ensuring compliance with ISO ****, customer requirements, and Pact Group standards. You will support quality assurance activities, champion continuous improvement initiatives, and partner closely with operational teams to resolve quality issues and drive sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Maintain the site Quality Management System (QMS).
n
Ensure compliance with ISO ****, customer, regulatory and Pact Group requirements.
n
Drive QA/QC processes and oversee quality inspection activities.
n
Support internal and external audits, accreditation programs and compliance activities.
n
Manage non-conformances, customer complaints, CAPAs and quality investigations.
n
Analyse quality data and provide reporting, insights and recommendations to leadership teams.
n
Maintain quality standards, specifications and process control plans.
n
Oversee calibration programs for monitoring and measuring equipment.
n
Partner with production, maintenance, technical, customer service and sales teams to improve quality performance.
n




Support training and coaching to build quality capability across the site.
n
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on customer satisfaction, waste reduction and operational efficiency.

About You
n
You are a hands-on quality professional with manufacturing experience and a passion for continuous improvement. You enjoy working collaboratively across teams and have the confidence to influence outcomes while maintaining high standards.

To be successful, you will bring:
n
n
Experience managing quality systems within an ISO ****-certified manufacturing environment.
n
Strong understanding of quality assurance, quality control, auditing and compliance requirements.
n
Proven experience leading incident investigations and corrective actions.
n
Demonstrated success driving continuous improvement initiatives.
n
Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
n
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
n
A proactive, results-focused approach with the ability to influence and engage others.
n
Interest in sustainability and practices
n
QMS, ISO **** & compliance experience
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
SAP experience, highly regarded.
n
Tertiary qualifications in Science, Engineering, Manufacturing or a related discipline.
n
Internal Auditor qualification, preferred.
