Job Description

Swissotel Sydney is currently seeking to recruit for a Full Time Housekeeping Superstar to join our team as Housekeeping coordinator.
n
About the role
n
n
Allocate daily staff work sheets using both HubOSand Opera Cloud.
n
Update with Supervisors and staff regarding room status and maintenance requirement using Opera Cloud and internal systems.
n
Manage and control Lost Property
n
Answer all calls into department in a courteous manner.



Respond to all enquiries professionally and endeavour to resolve all guest queries in a timely manner.
n
Manage and resolve all minor guest complaint as per hotel policy and within the coordinator delegation of authority
n
HIGA Level 4 $*****/hour + applicable loadings
n
n

Efficient time management skills and able to manage competing priorities
n
Excellent communication skills via phone and email
n
Enjoy working within a diverse team and autonomously
n
Genuine driver and innovator, commitment to guest service and excellent attention to detail
n
Flexibility to work over a rotating roster including weekends and public holiday.
