Job Description
n
We are seeking energetic and reliable Food & Beverage Attendants to join our Restaurant & Banquets teams on a casual basis. This role focuses on delivering high-quality service across conferences, functions and banquets, while also supporting our restaurant and bar outlets during service periods.




n
You will play a key role in creating smooth, professional and memorable guest experiences across both large-scale events and day-to-day dining service.
n
Your Responsibilities
n
n
Deliver professional food and beverage service across conferences, banquets, restaurant and bar outlets
n
Assist with event set-up, pack-down and restaurant preparation as required
n
Serve food and beverages efficiently during functions, events and dining serviceEnsure service areas are well presented, stocked and organised at all times
n
Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, friendly service across all outlets
n
Work closely with kitchen and events teams to ensure smooth service delivery
n
Maintain cleanliness and uphold high presentation standards throughout service
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
Friendly, professional and guest-focused attitude
n
Previous hospitality or events experience (highly regarded)
n
Confidence working in both restaurant and banquet environments
n
Strong teamwork and communication skills
n
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
n
Flexibility to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays
n
