The Position:
n
You will ultimately be responsible for:
n
n
Interrogating, analysing, and interpreting complex financial information to support improved decision-making and operational performance
n
Demonstrating advanced modelling and analysis skills while getting behind complex data and key drivers
n
Providing a consultative service as well as mentoring and assisting non-financial stakeholders to better understand their areas and identify opportunities for improvement
n




Preparing management reporting, including board reports, Executive Leadership Team reports, and operational performance reports
n
Developing CAPEX and OPEX budgets and forecasts
n
Collaborating closely with the IT and accounting teams to enhance reporting systems—focusing on both the design and quality of content provided to senior management
n

Your Profile:

This role is ideal for a commercially astute business partner or management accountant who is passionate about using analytical skills to influence day-to-day operations in a meaningful way. You will bring:

Proven experience in partnering with non-financial stakeholders
n
Strong analytical and modelling capabilities
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach
n
Solid expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis within complex environments
n
Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
n
Demonstrated ability to leverage systems to improve the quality and clarity of reporting
n
