Job Description
mecwacare Flora Hill in Bendigo seeks a dedicated Facility Manager to lead the daily operations of a 62-room residential aged care home, ensuring exceptional care and lifestyle for residents. You will oversee staffing, budgets, and service delivery while reporting to the Head of Service Operations.

The role requires an AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or an Allied Health qualification, plus several years in a leadership position within aged care.
