Ascent Structural is looking for an organised and confident Sales Administration Assistant to support our Sales Manager, estimating team and wider business.
This is a diverse role covering Salesforce, quotes, tenders, document preparation, customer communication and general administration.
You'll also follow up stakeholders after quotes, but this is only one part of the job.

What you'll be doing• Provide administration support to the Sales Manager and estimating team• Maintain customer, project and sales information in Salesforce• Track quotes, tenders, deadlines and outstanding information• Assist with proposals,



sales documents and project handovers• Coordinate information between customers and internal teams• Follow up stakeholders after quotes and record their feedback• Assist all departments with general administration as required You'll probably suit us if you're• A natural talker who also knows how to listen• Confident and professional in spoken and written English• Strong organisation, accuracy and initiative• Able to work independently and as part of a team• Salesforce experience is preferred, with confidence using Microsoft Office• Someone who enjoys being part of a fun and supportive team Some sales, customer service or administration experience would be helpful, training will be provided with room to grow into sales or other areas of the business.
Work flexible hours that fit around your commitments.You'll work onsite at our High Wycombe office.
This is a permanent part time position with a six month probation period.
