Russell Kennedy is seeking a Consultant or Senior Coordinator - Business Development & Marketing to drive BD and marketing initiatives in Melbourne or Sydney.
You will develop strategic plans, support client growth, and collaborate with the Director of BD and Marketing on priority projects.
This role requires 2–4 years post-qualification experience in BD/marketing within skilled services, strong writing and digital marketing skills, and proficiency with CRM, campaigns, and tender processes.
