About the Role
This Payroll Team Lead position is an excellent opportunity to take on leadership responsibilities within a large, supportive team.
You will manage a team of Payroll Officers while overseeing end-to-end payroll processing.
This role is ideal for someone with strong payroll expertise who is passionate about growth opportunities and leadership.
Duties
Manage a team of Payroll Officers processing high volume complex pay runs
Interpret complex EBA's and Awards




Demonstrate high-volume payroll processing
Utilise strong payroll system knowledge
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Address all payroll-related queries
Skills and Experience
Proven experience in a large volume, complex payroll environment
Experience with PayGlobal or UKG is desirable
Prior leadership experience is essential
Strong knowledge of superannuation & payroll tax
Exceptional communication skills with stakeholders
In-depth understanding of complex EBAs & Awards
