To be considered for the position you must possess thefollowing as a minimum:
n
n
Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a relateddiscipline.
n
Previous experience as a Site Engineer within the civil orinfrastructure industry.
n
Experience in road, pavement or general civilinfrastructure projects is highly regarded.
n
Main Roads WA project experience is desirable.
n
Strong understanding of construction quality, safety andengineering processes.
n
Highly effective written and verbal communicationskills.
n
Strong attention to detail and problem-solvingability.
n
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
n
Experience with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 or similarproject planning software is desirable.
n
Current Australian Driver's Licence.
n
Ability to work collaboratively within a high-performingproject team.
n
n
You will be responsible for but not limitedto:
n
n
Assisting with the planning, coordination and delivery ofengineering activities across the project.
n
Preparing schedules, short-term plans and resourceforecasts.
n
Monitoring project progress, productivity and siteperformance.
n
Coordinating subcontractors and assisting with themanagement of work packages.
n
Ensuring works are completed in accordance with projectdrawings, specifications and quality requirements.
n
Supporting QA documentation, inspections, ITPs and projectrecords.
n
Assisting with procurement,



planning and engineeringdocumentation.
n
Monitoring compliance with safety, quality andenvironmental standards.
n
Liaising with clients, consultants and the project team tosupport successful project outcomes.
n
Providing technical support to Project Engineers and siteteams as required.
