Job Description
NAB in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Industrial Relations Consultant for a 12 month fixed term prospect to help shape and expand our IR capabilities. You will work within the People & Culture team, driving adherence to our Enterprise Agreements and IR policies while supporting leaders and colleagues across the business.
