We're looking for an SEO Specialist to join the team at Sod.

This is a 12-month maternity leave contract, starting part-time, with the opportunity to move into a full-time permanent role as the business continues to grow.

What you'll be doing
n
n
Managing a portfolio of SEO clients, with monthly meetings and adhoc WIPs
n
Running technical SEO audits and on-page optimisation
n
Support the agency's AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) and AI search visibility initiatives
n
Keyword research and content recommendations
n
Monitoring rankings, traffic and conversions
n
Working alongside Paid Media, Social, Design and Development teams
n
Supporting website launches from an SEO perspective
n
Helping clients understand what's working and what to do next
n
n
You'll be a great fit if you...
n
n
Have 2–4+ years' SEO experience (agency experience is a bonus)
n
Know your way around GA4, Search Console and common SEO tools
n
Enjoy both technical SEO and content strategy
n




Can explain SEO in plain English
n
Love learning and keeping up with Google's latest changes
n
Interested in the evolution of SEO through AEO tactics and AI search visibility
n
Are organised, proactive and enjoy working with a collaborative team
