Experienced Civil Plant Operators & Supervisors – TMR / DRFA – Tully

Tully | Far North Queensland | Civil Construction | Road & Disaster Recovery

Achieve Group is seeking experienced Civil Plant Operators, Labourers and Supervisors for upcoming and ongoing TMR, DRFA and major road construction projects in Tully and throughout regional Queensland.
n
We are particularly interested in candidates with previous TMR, DRFA/NDRRA, RoadTek, Local Government or major civil road construction experience.
n
The Roles
n
We are seeking experienced operators for:
n
n
Excavators
n
Graders
n
Loaders
n
Rollers
n
Water Carts
n
Skid Steers
n
Other heavy civil plant
n
n
We are also looking for experienced Civil Supervisors to coordinate crews, plant and daily site activities.
n
Projects may include
n
n
Flood and disaster recovery works
n
Road reconstruction and pavement rehabilitation
n
Earthworks and formation
n
Drainage and culvert works
n
Batter and table drain construction
n
Road upgrades and widening
n
Gravel re-sheeting
n
Final trim and finishing works
n
n




What We're Looking For
n
Ideally, you will have:
n
n
TMR and/or DRFA/NDRRA experience
n
Proven civil road construction experience
n
Relevant plant tickets/competencies
n
Construction White Card
n
Current driver's licence
n
Robust safety and quality focus
n
Ability to work as part of a team
n
Ability to work away from home
n
Reliable work history and contactable references
n
n
Final Trim Grader and Excavator Operators with TMR experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
n
For Supervisors and Leading Hands, previous experience managing civil crews, plant and site activities is highly desirable.
