What the role offers

You'll have the flexibility to deliver services across:

Clinic-based appointments
n
Telehealth, including rural and remote clients
n
Home and community visits
n
Kindy and other community settings
n
n
Your caseload will provide exposure to a variety of funding streams, including NDIS, DVA, Medicare, Home Care Packages, private health and workers' compensation, giving you plenty of variety across your week.

What you'll be doing
n
n
Deliver high-quality Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention
n
Develop individualised treatment plans based on client goals and evidence-based practice
n
Work with clients, families, carers and other health professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes
n
Apply clinical reasoning and progressively manage more complex presentations
n
Complete clinical documentation, reports and relevant correspondence
n
Contribute to multidisciplinary case management and service planning
n
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
n
Support students, assistants and junior clinicians where appropriate
n
Continue developing your clinical skills through supervision, mentoring and professional development
n
n

About You
n
n
AHPRA registered, or eligible for registration
n
Qualified with a recognised Occupational Therapy degree
n
Client-focused, empathetic and passionate about achieving meaningful outcomes
n
Confident working both autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team
n
Strong in communication, organisation and clinical reasoning
n
Committed to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
n
Able to build strong rapport with clients and their support networks
n
Professional, reliable and motivated to grow their clinical career
n
n
