Join a major Federal Government transformation program to lead the re-platforming of a mission-critical data processing application. We're seeking a hands-on Python Technical Lead to drive solution design, define migration strategy, and lead the development of a modern, scalable platform.

You'll combine technical leadership with practical engineering, working closely with architects, platform teams, and stakeholders to deliver secure, high-performance outcomes.

Key requirements:

Proven experience leading application modernisation or re-platforming projects.

Experience with APIs, integrations, microservices,



and enterprise data platforms.
n
Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps/DevSecOps, automated testing, and engineering best practices.
n
Ability to mentor teams and engage effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
n

Highly regarded: Government experience, legacy modernisation, GitLab, data governance, and regulated environments.
n
