We are currently seeking highly skilled Crowd Controllers who understand that outstanding security starts at the door with a welcoming presence. In this role, you are the first and last impression for our clients' guests.

PLEASE NOTE: We are strictly focused on quality and the customer experience. This role requires premium security professionals who excel in communication, de-escalation, and hospitality. While physical capability and fitness are mandatory, your greatest weapon should be your ability to talk to people and manage venue energy positively.

Tasks and Responsibilities
n
n
Act as the welcoming face of the venue, greeting patrons and enhancing their overall experience from the moment they arrive.
n
Expertly manage patron behaviour and queues using exceptional communication and proactive de-escalation techniques.
n
Operate confidently in dynamic, high-energy environments while maintaining absolute situational awareness.
n
Screen patrons entering and exiting the premises strictly adhering to RSA and venue entry policies.
n
Maintain clear, concise, and professional communication using two-way radios in loud settings.
n
Execute safe, hands-on control and restraint techniques only when de-escalation fails and physical intervention is absolutely necessary to ensure safety.
n
Report in detail any incidents in line with legislation and relevant policies and procedures.
n
Conduct emergency evacuations and perform first aid/CPR where applicable.
n

Mandatory Requirements
n
n
Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role, with a strong focus on guest experience.
n
Exceptional communication and verbal de-escalation skills.
n
High level of physical fitness and the confidence to safely manage physically demanding situations as a last resort.
n
Comfortable and proficient using two-way radios for team communications.
n
Valid WA Crowd Control license.
n
Valid First Aid & Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificates.
n
Rights to work in Australia.
n
Weekend evening availability.
n

Advantageous Extras
n
n
Previous experience working in premium hospitality venues (hotels, bars, nightclubs).
n
1-2 years' experience in a leadership or Head Doorperson position.
n
Additional certifications in conflict resolution or customer service.
n
Defence Force experience.
