And now, we're looking for an incredible Clinic Coordinator to be a big part of what comes next.

The Role
n
We're looking for a passionate, confident and highly organised Clinic Coordinator who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of results.
n
You'll play an important role in the day-to-day performance of the clinic, managing our appointment books, supporting our therapists and helping ensure the clinic runs efficiently and achieves its targets.
n
You'll work towards explicit clinic utilisation and booking targets, with additional incentives for achieving them.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n




Deliver an exceptional client experience both in person and over the phone
n
Actively manage appointment books, waitlists and cancellations to maximise clinic utilisation
n
Convert enquiries and leads into consultations and bookings
n
Coordinate team rosters and approve timesheets
n
Manage stocktake, ordering and reporting
n
Support the team to keep the clinic running smoothly and achieving its targets
n

About You
n

You're a passionate, organised action-taker who loves people and takes pride in getting things done.
n
Be confident, warm and professional with clients
n
Have excellent organisation and attention to detail
n
Enjoy working towards targets and contributing to business growth
n
Be proactive, solution-focused and comfortable taking ownership
n
Ideally have experience in a beauty, skin or salon environment
n
Previous reception coordination, practice management or leadership experience would be highly regarded.
