Apprenticeships Are Us is seeking a motivated 1st Year Automotive Electrical Apprentice to join one of our host employers in Darra, QLD.
n
You'll work alongside experienced automotive professionals while completing an AUR***** Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology, gaining practical experience working on custom trucks and commercial vehicles and developing valuable skills across automotive electrical installation, diagnostics, maintenance and repair.

What You'll Learn
n
Throughout your apprenticeship, you'll develop practical skills and experience including:
n
n
Diagnosing and repairing automotive electrical faults.
n
Working with vehicle batteries, starting and charging systems.
n
Installing and repairing wiring, lighting and electrical components.
n




Using diagnostic equipment to identify electrical and electronic faults.
n
Installing electrical accessories and aftermarket equipment.
n
Testing and repairing electrical circuits and systems.
n
Working with electrical systems across custom trucks and commercial vehicles.
n
Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and technical information.
n
Using automotive electrical tools and testing equipment.
n
Following workplace health and safety procedures.
n
Maintaining a clean and organised workshop environment.

About You
n
