These are hands-on roles within a fast-paced food production environment, with opportunities available across both day and night shifts. Depending on the site and roster, shifts can range from 8-hour shifts through to 10-hour and 12-hour shifts.

About the Role
n
As a Production Worker, you will be involved in the day-to-day manufacture, packing and handling of food products while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and food safety.
n
Your responsibilities may include:
n
n
Working on food production and processing lines
n
Operating basic production and packaging equipment
n
Preparing, weighing and packing food products
n




Loading and unloading materials and finished products
n
Labelling, checking and inspecting products
n
Following production schedules and work instructions
n
Maintaining a clean and hygienic production environment
n
Following strict food safety, hygiene and quality control procedures
n
Complying with workplace health and safety requirements
n
Performing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
n
Working efficiently as part of a production team
n
Completing other general production duties as required
n
n
Shifts Available
n
We have opportunities across day and night shifts, with shift lengths varying depending on the production schedule and site.
n
Available shifts may include:
n
n
8-hour shifts
n
10-hour shifts
n
12-hour shifts
n
Day shifts
n
Afternoon/evening shifts
n
Night shifts
n
Weekday and weekend work may be available
n
On call shifts
n
n
Applicants must be comfortable working the shift pattern offered and understand that early starts, late finishes, night work and weekend work may be required depending on the roster.

About You

Physically fit and comfortable working on their feet for extended periods

Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting

Able to perform repetitive tasks

Able to follow instructions and production procedures

Safety-conscious and committed to maintaining high standards

Comfortable working in a team workplace

Available for day and/or night shifts
n
Able to work longer shifts, including 10-hour and 12-hour shifts, where required
n
Previous food manufacturing or production experience is highly regarded
n

n
Because this is a food manufacturing environment, all employees must have a strong commitment to food safety, hygiene and quality standards.

You will be required to:

Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times

Wear required PPE and protective clothing

Follow site hygiene and sanitation requirements

Maintain clean and hygienic work practices

Follow allergen, contamination and product-handling procedures
