The Organisation

Our client is a well known and recognised business based in the heart of Melbourne's south east. As the business continues it's exciting growth, they are seeking a like minded & skilled individual to join their finance team. They will be open to candidates either on a full-time or part-time basis.

The Responsibilities
n
The duties of the role will consist of the following; however will not be limited to:
n

Daily banking and bank reconciliations
n
Billings
n
Generating and issuing of invoices for clients
n
Collection calls and emails
n
Bank and credit card reconciliations
n
Assisting in the setting up of payment plans
n




Customer service
n
Any other ad hoc accounts duties
n
n
The Ideal Candidate
n
The successful candidate will posses the following attributes; however will not be exclusive to:
n

Will have prior experience in the accounts receivable space
n
Strong ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
n
Ability to work within a team environment
n
High attention to detail
n
