We are looking for an experienced Change & Communications Manager to lead transformational change initiatives across a complex business environment.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead and drive the overall change strategy, agenda and plan.
n
Develop and execute stakeholder engagement, communications, training and adoption activities.
n
Conduct change impact assessments and training needs analysis.
n
Develop and facilitate workshops, meetings and knowledge-transfer sessions.
n
Design and deliver training programs for employees, change leaders and change agents.
n
Support the development and testing of processes, procedures and work instructions.
n
Monitor and report on change activities, progress, risks and issues.
n
Identify barriers to adoption and develop strategies to support successful implementation.
n
Coach program teams and business stakeholders throughout the change journey.
n
Work collaboratively with SMEs and distributed teams across different locations.
n

About You
n
n
12+ years' experience in Change Management.
n
Solid experience across change, stakeholder engagement,



communications and training.
n
Proven experience delivering change impact assessments and training needs analysis.
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
n
Experience designing and delivering training programs.
n
Ability to work effectively in complex environments and mobilise quickly.
n
Experience in Mining or Utilities preferred.
n
Professional services or major enterprise experience highly regarded.
n
Experience working with geographically distributed teams preferred.
n
Knowledge of HR processes is advantageous.
n
Relevant change management certifications and systems knowledge are desirable.
n
