What You Will Be Doing: This role is based around assisting the buyer in completing and executing long and short-term strategies, assisting stores with a variety of queries and requests, and maintaining data, loading promotions, reporting and managing samples.
n

Provide analytical and administrative support to the Buyer, ensuring efficient operations.
n
Manage and analyse data using Microsoft Excel and SAP.
n
Assist in developing and sourcing current products, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
n
Serve as the primary contact for Artistry's Master Data & ECommerce queries.
n
Optimise and source product content for the website to enhance the customer experience.
n




Maintain and update data integrity, ensuring accuracy and standardisation.
n
Manage promotions and pricing within relevant systems.
n

About You:
n
n
Robust attention to detail and analytical skills
n
Excellent Excel skills and proficiency in SAP (preferred).
n
Experience/Background within BA roles- minimum 2 years
n
A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving, always looking to improve processes.
n
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
n
Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset.
n
A genuine passion for retail and a desire to contribute to a growing business.
n
Experience with Craft/PArty product- highly desierable!
