The Iconic is seeking an Associate Director for Customer Operations & Transformation to steer the evolution of our customer operations into an AI-enabled function that enhances efficiency, value, and customer outcomes. Reporting to the CCO, you will drive strategic transformation across global teams and align CX with commercial goals.
