We're looking for a Marketing & Events Assistant to join our team in Bayswater.
n
This is a hands-on role for someone who is energetic, creative, organised and loves getting involved. We're looking for someone who doesn't just wait to be told what to do - you naturally spot opportunities, get people involved and make things happen.

What you'll be doing
n

Managing our social media pages and keeping our content fresh and engaging
n
Taking photos and videos of projects, people, events and day-to-day business activities
n
Creating social media content, marketing materials and graphics using Canva
n
Assisting with company events, functions and promotional activities
n
Helping coordinate marketing campaigns and initiatives
n
Looking for opportunities to showcase our people, projects and business
n
Working with different teams across the business to capture stories and content
n
General marketing and administration support
n

What we're looking for

Canva competency is a must
n
Experience with social media management and content creation
n




Confident with photography and capturing content on the go
n
A bubbly, fun and energetic personality
n
Someone who is naturally proactive and always looking for opportunities
n
Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
n
A confident and friendly face-to-face and phone manner
n
Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks
n
Comfortable working with a range of people and getting out from behind the desk
n
A genuine interest in marketing, events, social media and building a brand
n
