With a strong pipeline of work secured, they're looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a $20M+ Class 2 luxury apartment project in Manly.

As Project Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the successful delivery of a luxury apartment development from commencement through to handover. Working closely with senior management, consultants and a strong site team, you'll drive programme, quality, commercial outcomes and client satisfaction on a flagship project.

Responsibilities
n
n
Manage the delivery of a $20M+ Class 2 luxury apartment development.
n
Lead site teams, subcontractors and consultants to achieve programme milestones.
n
Manage budgets, forecasting, procurement and cost control.
n
Drive quality, safety and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
n
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
n
Oversee contract administration and project reporting.
n




Utilise Procore to manage project documentation, communication and project workflows.
n
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard.

To be considered
n
n
Proven experience delivering Class 2 residential apartment projects as a Project Manager.
n
A background working on high-end or luxury residential developments.
n
Strong commercial acumen and contract management experience.
n
Experience using Procore.
n
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
n
A proactive approach with the ability to solve problems and make informed decisions.
n
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
