As a FIFO Storeperson at Gruyere, you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by managing inventory, receiving and dispatching goods, and ensuring critical parts and materials are readily available. Key Responsibilities
n
n
Maintain a high standard of housekeeping in the warehouse, yard and outbuildings.
n
Ensure cost effective and efficient operation of the warehouse.
n




Receive and dispatch stock entering and exiting the site.
n
Carry out tasks as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
n
Actively participate and contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of Thiess work practices.
n
n
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Possess
n
n
Prior Storeperson/supply Officer experience working in a production mine site environment
n
Ability to interpret maintenance parts as well as knowledge of other mine site consumables
n
High Risk Work Licence - LF
n
Australian Drivers Licence – Minimum C Class
n
Computer Literacy – Microsoft office
n
Experience with JDE systems preferable
n
Strong numeracy and literacy skills
n
Excellent communication skills.
n
Highly motivated with the ability to work independently.
n
Good knowledge and ability to follow work health & safety procedures and policies
n
