About the Role

We're looking for a solid young operator who's keen to build a proper career in solar and battery - not just tick off an apprenticeship.
n
At Tru Blu Solar Co, you'll be on the tools from day one, working alongside experienced electricians on high-quality residential and commercial installs. You'll learn the right way to do things - clean work, secure work, and systems that actually last.
n
This isn't a "stand around and watch" apprenticeship. You'll be hands-on, pushed to improve, and backed by a team that cares about doing the job properly.

What You'll Be Doing
n

Working alongside qualified electricians on solar and battery installs
n
Assisting with system installs, maintenance, and fault finding
n
Learning how to read and understand electrical diagrams and system layouts
n
Getting real experience in wiring, testing, and commissioning systems
n
Keeping sites clean, organised, and up to Tru Blu standards
n
Following strict safety and quality processes on every job
n
Continuously developing your skills on and off the tools
n
