Job Description
As Senior Team Leader - Maintenance, you'll lead from the field while developing your capability as a leader. You'll work across a diverse portfolio of high-end residential and commercial landscapes throughout South East Queensland, leading a team and setting the standard for quality, presentation and professional delivery. You'll understand that great maintenance sits at the intersection of horticulture, people and commercial delivery, able to look at a garden and see what needs to happen next while understanding how to get a team there, do the work efficiently and leave the client confident in what has been delivered.

About you

Robust practical horticultural knowledge
n
Experience leading, supervising or influencing a team
n
Strong standards around presentation
n
Confidence with mowing, hedging, pruning, planting and general garden care
n
Experience across commercial and/or high-end residential environments
n
Commercial awareness and an understanding of productivity
n
Teachability, willingness to learn, listen, accept feedback and keep getting better
