What you'll be doing
n
Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and develop customised treatment plans
n
Implementing evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to address physical, cognitive, and psychosocial challenges
n
Collaborating with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care
n
Providing education and training to clients and caregivers on strategies to promote independence and wellbeing
n
Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records in accordance with skilled standards
n
Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of our services
n
Option to train and work in green spaces, farm activities and animal assisted therapy programs.
n
What we're looking for
n
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
n
Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and their families
n
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
n
Proficient in clinical documentation and report writing
n
Whether your passion has been working with adults, children, physical, neurodevelopmental, intellectual disabilities, specific learning difficulties or mental health and psychiatry,
