Duties

Drive financial performance against strategic targets and board direction.

Ensure prudential compliance with APRA, ASIC, and industry regulations.
n
Develop and execute business strategies for sustainable market growth.
n
Lead, mentor, and build high-performing executive and branch teams.
n
Represent the bank publicly with members, media, and local communities.
n
About You
n
Tertiary qualifications in business, accounting or commerce
n
Executive leadership experience in financial services or lending.
n
Deep knowledge of Australian prudential and banking regulations.
n
Proven track record in strategic growth and board reporting.
n
Strong commitment to the customer-owned banking model.
