n Labourforce is seeking motivated and reliable Pick Packers to join both Morning and PM Shift teams, supporting one of Australia's largest retailers in a state-of-the-art automated warehouse.
n
ABOUT THE ROLE
n
As a Pick Packer, you'll play a key role in keeping Australia's supply chain moving. You'll work with advanced automation systems in a clean, modern, and safety-focused environment.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Accurately picking and packing stock using voice-pick or pick-to-light systems
n
Replenishing and decanting stock into automated storage systems
n
Monitoring automated picking and replenishment equipment
n
Meeting daily performance and pick rate targets
n
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work area
n
Following all safety and quality standards at all times
n
n
WHAT WE'R LOOKING FOR
n
n
Previous Pick Packing or Warehouse experience highly regarded
n
Comfortable working with technology and automation systems
n
Physically fit – able to lift up to 25kg
n
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
n
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
n
Committed to maintaining high safety and quality standards
n

Morning Shift

Roster:



Monday to Saturday
n
Start Times: 5:00am – 7:00am (varied starts)
n
Finish: Early afternoon
n
n
PM Shift
n
n
Start Time: 3:00pm
n
Pay Rate:n
n
$***** per hour until 8:00pm
n
$***** per hour after 8:00pm
n
n
n
Flexibility Required: Must be available across the full Monday to Saturday roster, including additional hours during peak periods
n Commitment: Reliable attendance and consistent performance essential
n
