Junction is a gathering place celebrating the region's finest. Open Thursday through till Sunday we're seeking a Qualified Chef to join our kitchen team. This is a rare and unique opportunity creating beautiful shared plates with an emphasis on seasonal and local produce.

Responsibilities

Performing all food preparation and cooking duties
n
Working under pressure in a fast paced environment
n
Ability to work nights and weekends
n
Maintain high standard of kitchen hygiene to exceed food safety standards
n

Requirements

Experience and/or qualifications in commercial cookery
n
Proven experience in a large high-volume commercial kitchen
n
Ability to cope under pressure and ensure consistency
n
Dedication and passion in your role
