About the Role

Own and enhance key digital products and internal systems, partnering with stakeholders and delivery teams to prioritise initiatives, manage the product backlog, and deliver impactful business solutions. You'll leverage up-to-date technologies, including AI, to drive innovation, continuous improvement, and business value.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Own and manage multiple mobile and web-based products.
n
Drive product strategy, prioritisation, and continuous improvement.
n
Manage and refine the product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
n
Gather and translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
n
Partner with stakeholders, developers, QA, and analysts to deliver value.
n




Develop prototypes and solution concepts using AI-powered tools.
n
Lead Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and UAT activities.
n
Act as the primary point of contact for product-related initiative.
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
2+ years' experience as a Product Owner, Associate Product Owner, or similar role.
n
Strong experience with Agile delivery, backlog management, and product lifecycle ownership.
n
Exposure to mobile and web applications.
n
Skilled in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
n
Experience in retail, FMCG, field sales, merchandising, loyalty, customer data, or technology-driven environments.
n
Passion for leveraging AI tools for product discovery, prototyping, and delivery.
n
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
