Qualified Carpenter position with Point Force Carpentry, a carpentry contractor based in Sydney. Long-term work on the one site, across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs and Northern Beaches with immediate start.

Key responsibilities
n
n
General carpentry on site: framing, formwork, first and second fix
n
Working from plans and setting out
n
Working to site programme and deadlines
n
Keeping the work area secure and tidy, following site safety procedures
n
Working as part of a crew, reporting to the site foreman
n
n
About you
n
n
Qualified carpenter — Certificate III in Carpentry or trade equivalent
n
Minimum 4 years on the tools
n




Current White Card (Construction Induction)
n
Own hand tools and reliable transport
n
Full working rights in Australia
n
EWP, Working at Heights or Asbestos Awareness tickets (desirable)
n
Experience running a small crew (leading hand rate available)
n
Long-term work on the one site — no chasing the next job every few weeks
n
Above award rates
n
Long hours available for those who want to earn
n
Engagement on ABN, TFN or Pty Ltd — whatever suits the person
n
Gear and materials sorted, well-run site
