Leverage technology and AI to streamline repeatable responses and reduce manual effort
n

Maintain and evolve Mirvac's GRI-aligned ESG toolkit, ensuring it reflects the most relevant and decision‐useful performance indicators for investors and internal stakeholders
n
Regularly review ESG metrics to ensure continued relevance, removing or refining low‐value measures
n
n
Performance integration and narrative alignment
n
n
Partner with the Director, Strategy & Insights to ensure ESG performance data supports broader climate and ESG risk narratives, strategic positioning, and investor expectations
n
Work closely with the Senior Communications Manager to ensure ESG data is correctly interpreted and outputs are translated into clear, decision‐relevant messaging
n
Ensure consistency between ESG metrics and how performance is represented externally and internally
n
n
Internal reporting coordination
n
n
Coordinate STI ESG Scorecard performance inputs across the Sustainability team and broader organisation
n
Act as a central point of contact for ESG performance information and requests
n
Work with the PA & Reporting Coordinator to ensure internal reporting is well‐structured and consistently delivered to a high standard

n
Your point of difference
n
You're an experienced sustainability skilled with deep expertise in climate risk, adaptation, carbon emissions and ESG performance. With a strong track record in reporting and analytics, you know how to cut through complexity, focusing on meaningful insights and business value rather than reporting for reporting's sake.
n
Highly collaborative and influential, you build trusted relationships across a matrix organisation, bringing together diverse stakeholders to deliver accurate, high-quality outcomes. You have a sharp eye for detail, a disciplined approach to data quality, and the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable reporting that supports decision‐making.
n
With more than 10 years' experience in climate change, carbon emissions or a related field, you bring a strong understanding of ESG frameworks and benchmarks such as MSCI, PRI, GRI or similar. You have experience improving reporting processes and efficiencies within a corporate environment and are recognised for your analytical mindset, stakeholder engagement skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
n
You're comfortable working with reporting systems, Microsoft tools and emerging AI technologies, and are excited by opportunities to enhance sustainability reporting, insights and performance through innovation.
