Geared Up Culcha – Seventeen Mile Rocks QLD

Receiving deliveries and checking them against purchase orders and delivery dockets
n
Identifying and reporting shortages, damage and incorrect supply
n
Putaway to correct bin locations, with stock rotation
n
Outwards goods
n
Picking and packing customer orders accurately
n
Preparing consignments, booking freight and couriers, generating labels and paperwork
n
Staging and loading dispatch
n
Stock control
n
Running regular cycle counts and investigating variances
n
Coordinating and participating in full stocktakes
n
Maintaining accurate stock records in our ERP Netsuite system
n
General
n
Forklift operation — licence not essential
n
Keeping the store clean, organised, secure and easy for others to work in
n
Working with the production team on material availability and priorities
n
Following and improving our WHS and stock handling procedures
n
What we're looking for
n
Solid experience in a store, stores or warehouse role
n
Genuinely accurate with numbers, counts and records — this is the core of the job
n
Comfortable on a computer and with inventory or ERP software
n
Able to work unsupervised, prioritise your own day and keep on top of a busy dispatch schedule
n
Physically fit for manual handling and being on your feet
n
Reliable and punctual
n
Willing to obtain a forklift licence if you don't already hold one
n
Experience with apparel, textile or garment stock — sizes, colours, SKU-heavy inventory
n
Experience with Netsuite
n
Experience running stocktakes end to end
n
What we offer
n
Full-time permanent role, 38 ordinary hours per week, Monday to Friday
n
Occasional Saturday work during stocktake and peak periods, paid at award penalty rates on top of your salary
n
All award entitlements — annual leave, personal/carer's leave, public holidays
